在David's Tea買的貴桑桑抹茶粉,剛好可以拿來做紅豆抹茶土司。上網查到這個愛香小姐分享的抹茶土司,決定就是它了!天呀!這個土司用直接法,沒有優格,沒有蜂蜜也不需要做湯種,出爐時就好柔軟,連隔天都是柔軟的耶!拿來做抹茶馬鈴薯泥三明治或抹茶果醬/Nutella三明治,都有搭唷!Btw,拿掉抹茶粉就是帶著淡淡奶香的原味土司了,這食譜甜鹽巴小姐絕對珍藏!
以下可做12兩抹茶土司 x 2條
高粉470g 低粉30g 抹茶粉12g 鹽5g 糖50g 牛奶220g 蛋2個 酵母粉5g 奶油60g 紅豆泥300g

所有材料(除奶油外)先攪打成團後再加入奶油,打到有薄膜後,蓋上保鮮膜做第一次發酵至兩倍大,用手指戳一個洞不會合起來就是發酵好了~David's Tea的抹茶粉拿來做烘培,還滿夠綠的! |

發酵完取出,分成六等分。我只做一半的量,剛好三個,習慣一樣做了三次捲桿,每次中間蓋上保鮮膜鬆弛10分鐘,再包餡整型。 |

入模,放在微波爐裡,裡面放一個飯碗的熱水,保持溫度&濕度,水冷了就在換一碗熱水,最近我喜歡用碗,因為口徑比杯子寬,感覺保濕散熱效果更好。發至八分滿,烤溫350F/180C烤40分鐘 |

放涼切好的土司片,放到保鮮袋冷凍保存可減緩麵包老化,隔天要吃時拿出來回溫,不需要加熱做三明治就很好吃! |
